This article provides troubleshooting steps for issues related specifically to AmpliFi's mobile apps such as the app crashing, not allowing login, or suddenly shutting down.
Android Devices
1. Uninstall the mobile app from your device.
2. Using the Google Play store install the AmpliFi mobile app once again.
3. Launch the app and make sure the permissions are enabled for the app to work, such as Allowing Device Location.

5. If you are still having issues with the app not allowing you to log in after completing a second complete set up of the app, please reset your AmpliFi system following the steps and recommendations in this article: How to Factory Reset AmpliFi.
iOS Devices
